Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is totally FREE on all orders. Explore our store and indulge in the convenience of free worldwide shipping.
You'll receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please, check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox. Once your products are shipped you'll also receive a tracking number - tracking can take between 2-4 days to update so please be patient.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Absolutely! If you reach out to us via contact@kiddiedreamer.com before your order ships, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's shipped, a return's process will be necessary.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title "URGENT" so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to "insufficient address" unfortunately we can not offer any compensation for that matter.

It can take 8-18 business days, depending on your location.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you place an order containing multiple products, each may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Kiddie Dreamer accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
